ReArm your Motion!

The ReArm Forearm Roller

Pressure from the patented rollers is applied in three directions which you can vary by rotating your arm as you push it backwards and forwards through the device. At the same time, these rollers have divets which replicate the cupping techniques a therapist would use to massage the fascia on your arm. Together these create an incredibly effective stripping action for your forearms, helping alleviate the pain associated with RSIs and "arm pump".

  1. Stainless Steel Case. This allows greater space and stability to perform manipulation and deeper treatment of your forearm, provides long life and is easy to clean between multiple users
  2. Unique Patent Pending High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) roller balls. Easily slide your arm through, and divots picks up fascia, skin and tissue to lift instead of compressing tissue and producing edema and swelling. Use of Lubricating Liquid can have a cooling or warming effect on the limb.
  3. Double Suction cups: firmly root the unit in place on any smooth surface to allow hands free use.
  4. Patent Pending Tension Bands. 3 different levels of tension: light, moderate and heavy, which allows you to control the pressure and depth of the work and the skin pressure. This supports different size forearms ease of use - young or old or any athletic abilities
  5. Patent Pending Unique Axle system. Provides twisting and torsion of the soft tissue, replicating bowing, twisting and ringing motion promoting FASCIAL ADHESION RELEASE
  6. Unique Design. Therapeutically this allows for different resistance and/or to allow for progressive ease once in motion resulting in "Pin and Stretch" to increase muscle mobility. The larger drag area of contact to aid in circulation, repercussion, traction of soft tissue which may be useful in treating swelling and deem. Angles, ridges and grooves provide twisting and turning force on soft tissue. Allows patient or therapist to administer a diverse variety of soft tissue techniques, Active/passive release, S/CS, Myofascial release, TP work, plus so much more

  • Significantly reduce your pain, with regular and consistent usage. Lengthening and strengthening muscles reduces stress and strain on the forearm. A longer, more supple muscle is a stronger muscle.
  • Saves you lost work time from RSI's, and helps you to stay healthy doing what you love in your spare time.
  • Reduces the time and cost of your overall treatment. The cost of the Forearm roller is recuperated when compared to multiple visits to your health practitioner.

Why DO my forearms hurt?

Forearms consist of the muscles of extensors, flexors, brachioradialis, supinator and pronator to name a few. When the muscles get too tight due to repetitive work or injury (see RSI) imbalance occurs, then pain can take over and cause aggravation in our lives.

What is a RSI?

A repetitive strain injury (RSI) is an "injury to the musculoskeletal and nervous systems that may be caused by repetitive tasks, forceful exertions, vibrations, mechanical compression, or sustained or awkward positions."[1] RSIs are also known as cumulative trauma disorders, repetitive stress injuries, repetitive motion injuries or disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, and occupational or sports overuse syndromes.

If you're suffering from the effects of an RSI, the ReArm™ Arm Roller is the solution to your problem!

Examples of conditions:

Edema, tendinosis (or less often tendinitis), carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, De Quervain syndrome, intersection syndrome, golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis), tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), trigger finger (so-called stenosing tenosynovitis), radial tunnel syndrome, and focal dystonia.

Symptoms associated with Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS)

Symptoms may feel worse at night and can sometimes feel relieved if you "shaking out" your hands.
